Are your birds hand-reared?
Our birds are carefully sourced to ensure they are well-socialised and used to human handling, giving you the best start with your new pet.
What do I need to set up before bringing a bird home?
You'll need a suitable cage, perches, food & water dishes, and species-appropriate food. Pop into the store and our team will help you put together everything you nee
Do you sell cages and accessories too?
Yes we stock a wide range of housing, perches, toys, and food for all the bird species we carry, so you can get everything in one visit.
Can I reserve a bird before visiting the store?
We don't offer reservations we ask that all customers visit the store in person to see the birds before purchasing. This ensures you find the right match for you!
What does your 7-day guarantee cover?
All birds are sold in visibly good health and are covered by a 7-day replacement guarantee. Please note this covers replacement only we're unable to cover veterinary bills or offer refunds. We also cannot accept returns for pets that are no longer wanted, so please make sure you're fully prepared before taking your new bird home. For exotic birds, we strongly recommend registering with an avian vet, as parrots are not routinely blood tested prior to sale. Full details of our policy are included in the information leaflet you'll receive in store at the time of purchase or upon request.
